Terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of Weakpoint, a product operated by Solemax. By using the service, users agree to these terms.
The service
Weakpoint is a software service that presents maps, briefs, citations, and related research outputs intended to help users explore publicly spoken, unresolved pain.
The service is offered by Solemax, a Dutch Eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship), from Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Accounts and access
Some features require an account. Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for all activity that happens through their account, unless caused by Weakpoint or one of its service providers.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract gated content in violation of these terms.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Nature of the content
Weakpoint is an informational product. It is not investment advice, legal advice, guaranteed market validation, or a promise that any opportunity will succeed.
Intellectual property
Weakpoint and its software, design, arrangement, and product content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public-source material and citations may remain subject to the rights of their original publishers or authors.
Availability and changes
Weakpoint may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. The service is provided on an evolving basis and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete outputs.
Paid subscriptions
Weakpoint Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically each billing period using the payment method on file.
- Users can cancel at any time from the account or billing surface made available in the product.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or granted by support on a case-by-case basis.
- If a payment fails and is not cured after retry or a short grace period, Weakpoint may suspend or downgrade paid access.
- Pricing, taxes, and plan details shown at checkout form part of the commercial terms for that purchase.
Consumers and withdrawal rights
If a user purchases Weakpoint as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules may apply, including any statutory right of withdrawal available for online services under applicable EU or Dutch law.
Where checkout enables immediate access to digital paid features before the withdrawal period ends, Weakpoint may ask the buyer to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge any effect that has on withdrawal rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Weakpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Questions can be sent to hello@weakpoint.ai. Product support can be reached at support@weakpoint.ai.
